My Fashion Muse....

Everyone has a fashion icon.  My fashion icon is actually two years younger than me.  She is known to most as an American Socialite and starring in The City on MTV.  She sets the latest trends and is one to watch!  I love her style and love looking at her new pieces.  She coordinates her clothing so well.  She is currently working on her own MTV show and modeling.  Who is she?
